Due to the specific requirements for data security and personal information protection policies among regions, there are certain differences in login and registration methods under different environments.

the "Register Now" button on the page will be visible only if the project allows "self-registered account". Otherwise, user can register account only by using the Invitation link generated by the administrator in the management.

SaaS - China

1. Open the registration page, verify by phone number, enter the password and check the agreement

3. The account becomes the super administrator of the new organization. You can select any product under the organization to enter

SaaS - Other Regions

1. Open the registration page, and you can register via email or LinkedIn account

2. Select the region, verify by email, enter the password and check the agreement

3. Fast registration through LinkedIn account

4. Perfect personal information and organization details, and you can use them for free

5. The account becomes the super administrator of the new organization. You can select any product under the organization to enter

User name, mobile number and email login

SaaS

1. Open the login page and enter the registered user name, mobile phone number or email
2. Enter or click the "→" button
3. Enter your password and click "Login"

Due to different regional policies. There are some differences in the login methods supported by the public cloud:

• Account or mobile phone login is supported in China
• Support account or email in other regions

On-prem

1. Open the login page, enter the user name or email, complete password verification, and click Login
2. If the account supports email verification login, you can also log in through email verification code

caution

After the same account fails to log in repeatedly, the account will be temporarily frozen

Login in other ways

1. The public cloud environment in overseas regions supports quick authorized login of LinkedIn account

2. Private deployment environment, which supports login through the customized Oauth2.0 authentication source or LDAP authentication source

Log out

In the upper right corner of the page, avatar - log out. After you exit your account, you will be automatically redirected to the login home page.
