Trigger List
Trigger, based on Process or Group, is used to create and manage tasks with customized configurations for execution frequency and rules. Users can utilize the provided trigger types to run automated processes based on defined trigger conditions.
List
Click "Trigger" in the left menu to view the trigger list. The list is empty by default.
- There are five types of triggers: Time Trigger, Start Trigger, Mail Trigger, API Trigger, File Trigger.
- Trigger statuses include three types: Expired, Disabled, Enabled. "Expired" indicates that the current time has exceeded the trigger's "end time."
- When triggers exist on the page, the layout refreshes to display the trigger list in the center and the details of the selected trigger on the right side.
Search
You can perform real-time queries based on the trigger's name, type, or status.
Enable/Disable
The trigger's enablement status is controlled by a sliding switch, as shown below.
Additionally, you can use the "..." extension menu to click "Enable" or "Disable" for control.
Edit
All five types of triggers support editing operations. Apart from the trigger name, which cannot be modified, all other settings can be edited. The interaction is similar to the "Create" operation and will not be elaborated here.
Clone Execution
Whether the Process or Group designated by a trigger enables Clone Execution is controlled by a sliding switch. When Clone Execution is enabled, the process or group triggered by the trigger will run in "Clone Execution" mode, ensuring it does not affect the user's current desktop operations.
Delete
When a trigger is in "Disabled" status, you can delete it directly by clicking "Delete." If a trigger is in "Enabled" status, it cannot be edited or deleted. Only individual deletion is supported.
