This chapter will explain: What is a license certificate, and how to manage and use them on the platform
License definition
A valid license is a prerequisite for a platform to provide services. A license certificate contains three fields: License type, Mode, and Validity period:
-License type is used to authorize functions in different scenarios. There are Platform License, Agent License and Platform License (Unlimited Agents) Three categories: -Platform License is used to authorize the management and process building capabilities of all agents on the platform, including platform interface operations and related interface calls by operators. -Agent License is used to authorize the dialogue capabilities of the specified agent, including the message receiving and sending of the agent through the channel. -Platform License (Unlimited Agents) Within the validity period of the platform license, every time a agent is created on the platform, it will automatically be granted a agent license.

-If you only purchase the Platform License, the user can create multiple agents on the platform and set up the process, but the agents cannot conduct conversations. -If you only purchase the Agent License, the agent can send and receive messages normally, but the agent dialogue process cannot be modified on the platform.
-Mode will be determined according to the actual order situation, generally there are formal subscription, formal buyout, test and so on.
-Validity period is the effective date of the current license certificate, including specified days and permanent. After the certificate is activated, it will be directly postponed based on the current expiration time of the platform/agent.
Upload license and license management
Multiple license certificates will be packaged into a file with a suffix of .lcs, and users with license management rights will upload it, and the platform can directly parse out the license information.
- On the license page, click the "Upload License Certificate" button to select the license certificate package and upload it.
- After uploading the certificate package, the license page will display the list of licenses, including basic information, resource binding and license status:
-Bind to is used to indicate and specify which resource the license of the current row is used by: -Because the platform is unique, after the platform license is uploaded, the available time of the platform will be automatically extended without additional operations. -Because the agents on the platform are not unique, after the agent license is uploaded, you need to manually select a agent for binding activation.

Note: After binding the agent, it cannot be modified.
-Certificate Status is used to display the current status of the certificate: -Unused That is when the agent license is uploaded, but it is not bound to the specified agent. -Activated means uploading the platform license, or uploading the agent license, and it is bound to the specified agent. -Expired That is when the platform or agent license has expired, or the agent is deleted.
- After the certificate is bound to the agent, you can view the available date of the current agent on the settings page of the corresponding agent
Prompt to expire soon
When the agent and the platform are about to expire, the platform will send an expiration reminder 45 days before the expiration, 30 days, 15 days, and each of the last seven days to notify the user of the resources that need to be renewed.

If the resource expires but is not renewed in time: -Platform page cannot be operated, the blank page reminds you to renew the fee and upload the license in time; in addition to the agent message sending and receiving, other platform operation related interfaces report errors. -Agent The corresponding message sending and receiving interface no longer responds.
