Agent Management

This chapter will explain: what is an agent, and how to manage the agent on the platform.

Definition of agent

  • Agent is a unit that can be used independently. Through analysis and understanding of human natural language, it adopts the form of daily dialogue to assist enterprises in solving various business problems efficiently, rigorously and at low cost in real scenarios.

  • On a conversational AI platform, users can create and manage multiple agents, and in each agent, build and maintain different conversation processes.

Agent management

  1. After logging in to the platform, the first thing you see is the "Agent Management" page. When logging in to the platform for the first time, there is no agent in the management list:
  1. Click the "New Agent" button, set the Agent name and its model Language to create a new agent:
  • Agent name Used to distinguish different agents, so be careful not to have the same name.
  • Language Currently, it supports both Chinese and English. Used to specify the algorithm model for identifying and processing user messages. For example:
    • When Chinese is selected, the agent will understand the Chinese message sent by the user.
    • On the other hand, if the agent needs to deal with English conversations, please select the English for the it.

The difference between language and page language:

  • The language used is what the agent model uses for natural language processing and can only be specified when creating the agent.

  • The page language is the text language displayed on the front-end page, which can be switched at any time in the "User Information Bar" in the upper right corner of the page.

  1. After creating an agent on the platform, the management page will display a properties list of this agent, including the agent name, basic agent indicators and operation buttons:
  1. Click the "Settings" button to view the configuration information of the agent, to rename the agent, or to delete the agent.
  • Agent name is used to distinguish different agents and can be modified twice after creation.
  • Agent ID The unique value automatically generated when the agent is created. It can be copied but cannot be modified.
  • Language The language used in the model selected when creating the agent cannot be modified afterwards.
  • Creation time The time when the agent was created, which cannot be modified.
  • Use permission After the agent is authorized, the current date range during which the agent can send and receive messages normally cannot be modified on the current page.

  1. The platform does not limit the number of agents. After creating more than 20 agents, the list will be displayed in pages. If there are many items in the list that are not easy to find, you can search by the agent name in the search box on the upper right:

Enter the agent

  1. After clicking the "Open Agent" button, you can enter the agent in the corresponding row. The internal data of each agent is completely independent:
  1. After entering the agent, go to the agent homepage. Here is the complete process of the current agent from construction and testing, integration and release to operation optimization:
  1. Click the "Agent Settings" button on the right side of the top bar in the figure below to directly view the configuration information of the current agent:
  1. The name of the current agent is displayed on the left side of the "Agent Settings" button. After clicking Activate, you can select other agents for quick switching. The drop-down box supports searching for agent names by keywords:
  1. When you need to return to the "Agent Management" page, you can click the "Manage" button on the right side of the top bar in the figure below:
