Application Processes of Automation Commander
After logging into Automation Commander, if you are a system administrator or an operations personnel, you can refer to the following processes to begin your journey with Automation Commander. Detailed descriptions of features and operations can be found in subsequent chapters.
Create Device and Unattended Worker
If you have purchased an Unattended Worker license, you need to first create a "device" and an "Unattended Worker." Once created successfully, you can copy the device license key and use it to log in to the "Unattended Worker Control Panel." If you have purchased an Attended Worker license and have the permission to log in to a Floating License Worker, you can directly log in to the Attended Worker client using your account.
Create Process
A process is the file required by a worker to execute automated tasks. Processes are created in Automation Commander and can be published online via Automation Creator or uploaded locally as .bot files.
Create Task
Once you have a worker and a process, you can assign the process to an Unattended Worker for execution through the task menu. You can also directly run the process on an Attended Worker within Automation Commander.
Create Trigger
Triggers allow Automation Commander to automatically schedule workers to execute tasks based on certain rules. You can select a process, set trigger execution rules, and let an Unattended Worker handle the task.
Others
You can explore additional features independently. If you have any questions, please refer to the user operation guide or contact customer service.
Note: Information regarding personnel, departments, and licenses in Automation Commander is configured by the system administrator in the "Management Console." If you encounter related issues during usage, please contact the system administrator.
