Time Trigger details​

Details of Time Trigger, including the following:

  1. Trigger name, Process name, Version list, addition time, start time, end time, next run time, Trigger type and other basic information.

  2. Configuration information of separated operation switch.

  3. Operation buttons such as operation instructions and version instructions.

  4. Trigger record.

Details of Start Trigger, Mail Trigger and API interface Trigger, including the following:

  1. Basic information such as Trigger name, Process name, Version list, addition time, Trigger type, etc.

  2. Configuration information of separated operation switch.

  3. Operation buttons such as operation instructions and version instructions.

  4. Trigger record.

The details of the Start Trigger are as follows.

View instructions​

You can click the "instructions" button to view the "instructions" of the Process specified by the Trigger. If there is no text information in this area, the Process publisher has not prepared instructions. If the Trigger specifies a Group, it does not have this function.

View Version Description​

You can click the "Version Description" button to view the "Version Description" of the Process specified by the Trigger. If there is no text message in this area, the Process publisher has not prepared a version description. If the Trigger specifies a Group, it does not have this function.

View trigger record​

You can view each trigger record of the Trigger. In each Trigger record, you can also view the running record of the Process corresponding to the specified Process or Group.

Query trigger record​

Query by Trigger run result and date range is supported.

There are four kinds of running results: success, failure, stop and cancel.

Date range, as shown in the figure below, supports quick selection of "today, yesterday, past 7 days, latest month" and user-defined start and end dates.

View the Process operation log that triggers the record​

The Process operation record that triggers the record supports viewing the operation log through the pop-up window.
