Run settings

Operation setting refers to specifying some conditions before Process operation, including Clone operation, operation version, Maximum Run Time, operation hotkey and department.

Clone

Whether to enable Clone. When the sliding switch of Clone is in "on" status, the user will run through "Clone operation" when running Process or Group, which will not affect the user's operation on the current desktop.

Running version

Running version refers to the version of the Laiye Automation Worker client running the current Process.

For any Process, the current version of the Laiye Automation Worker is used by default to run the Process.

Applicable scenarios:

If you are using the latest version of the Laiye Automation Worker, but there is a Process released by the historical version of the Laiye Automation Creator, there may be a compatibility problem.

How do I add another running version?

If you need to select a historical version, you can go to Settings > version management to add a version.

Maximum run time

Maximum Run Time means that if the Process runs for this time, the Process will automatically stop running.

Run hotkey

The operation hotkey is to trigger the Process operation by pressing the keyboard key (including the combination key).

When the Process or Group has set the run hotkey, you can run the Process by pressing the keyboard key.

Department

Department, corresponding to the Department of the user. If the user belongs to multiple departments, you can select one from them. After selection, you can view the operation of Process of different departments on the Laiye RPA Commander.
